A partnership between experienced hospitality operators, in collaboration with dōma restaurant in Wynwood, has led to a project intended to bring to Miami and South Florida a new, exclusive yet casual and fun catering concept. We are delighted to offer a unique experience and perfect backdrop for your next event. No matter the occasion or location we provide elevated food and drinks prepared on the spot for your guests, using custom and one of a kind serving stations.
Our fleet includes two authentic Ape Piaggios fitted with an a.v.p.n. certified Neapolitan Brick Oven and a three tap Draft Bar. But our unique refurbished Ape Piaggios are only part of our offering. Meet their sidekicks ... a three section live cooking station and a Grand Server Liquor Bar for the ultimate Barman experience. Wherever they all go our lighting features follow: these include six oversized 8 ft steel cactus tiki torches and our amazing 5 ft wide moon light, always floating overhead setting the mood to your liking.
We accommodate parties of all sizes, with a variety of themes and experiences and are certain to have something for every taste. Don't forget, Ollie & Sous is not your average catering company ... If you can dream it, we can do it!
